This segment of life
constitutes a singular mix
of alleged reality and feature film;
a movie with traces of reality;
reality wrapped in a tale;
tangibility with the hallmarks of fantasy;
a bona fide fairytale

>No negation, no ”yessir!”,
no letting-up, no pressure<

A hot summer sun
reflecing from dancing leaves,
the soughing of a wandering wind
through thirsty foliages,
the hypnotical recuperation of thoughts
in the whispering ventilation;
a feeling of isolation

>No more, then lesser,
can't be sure, be a guesser<

The pain comes to me
like a crocodile in the dark;
like a shadow
through biting sunlight;
like little red spiders
in battle formation

The chemical roadblocks
of pain alleviation
have to be positioned
again and again

Only time holds the patience
that I need
