my Zen sitting,
my trampoline, my launch ramp,
my space station, my eye in the sky,
my return,
my gift of unspeakability,
my hovering thought
and my pen's flight across white paper expanses,
the weightless realm of truth, unusable,
and my astonished acceptance of mortality
and fulfillment of living,
in balanced polarity & residual laughter

Silence is my auditory center,
